Bought 2 of the AC's at Walmart, they are installed in the 2nd floor of a 1.5 story cape cod house. They were easy to install and get up and running. The digital temp display, displays a temp, but the temp it reports the room is at, and the temp that my indoor/outdoor, temp/humid monitor reports, are not the same. off by 2-4 degrees. I might be missing something, not sure why. By buying 2 of these 8000btu AC to replace 2 5000btu units. The increase in btu has also reduced energy use, as it does not work as hard as the 5000 units did to cool the rooms. Also like the dehumidify feature of the unit when the temp is good but very humid. Also when the unit is off and the room is very hot, it does not take long to cool off the room. Very pleased with this AC, good unit for the money.

Ever since we installed this unit, it has not really cooled. It does get cool once in a great while but then gets warm again. doesn't do the job.
