Comment:
Like the replacement HEPA filters for this product. If you own several they all use a combination of sizes that fit together depending on which machine you own. Filters are much cheaper then the other brands I owned in past, including Hunter, who after the product was more then a year old the prices would skyrocket to$80 per and had to order online. Not with this product so far! Yeah! Owned for around 4-5 years (?) and these avg cost to replace are around $35-40 per machine. Carbon filter can be vaccummed and reused usually which keeps the HEPA filter clean longer. HEPA lasts around 6-9 months depending on too many variables suxh as open windows, cats, my own keeping things vaccummed etc.

The only complaint I have is the last couple I bought new had a giant sticker on the front panel that was impossible to get off without major syicker crud left on panel even with scrubbing. Also Lowe's near me would run out of HEPA filters and slow to restock on shelves last year and could not order from Lowe's online either.

All in all this is great for removing pollen, dust, pet hair from a room esp. when on high. Like the option of placing higher on a table of raised surface near areas the ashtrays are to catch smoke fast. Medium speed works well also and has a noticable drop in operation sound without too much decrease in filtration effeciancy.

Comment:
This is amazing. I've had mine 3+ years and I have two labs the shed all the time. This is totally worth every penny and works like the day I bought it. I usually keep it in our bedroom because hubby snores and it put off a great white noise that helps me sleep. LOVE IT!

Cons
High cost of filters

Comment:
When used in a room, unit provides a noticeable improvement in room air quality. Has automatic sensor which controls air filtration speed. Very good. Moderately expensive but price appears to be dropping below $200. Only concern is high replacement cost of HEPA filters (over $60 for pair) and need to cut carbon prefilters to fit unit. These prefilters only lasted about 4-5 months and seemed to be expensive to replace also.
