Comment:
LG.com does not list repair service locations. Called customer service -- did not receive promised return call because information not saved correctly. Was then told technician would come to home during a 4-hour window of time, and would call 30 minutes before arriving -- never called, and never apologized, even after arriving 25 minutes beyond the 4-hour window (during which time I would have been at work). Was told I would be sent a new unit, but instead I received a form to complete asking me to choose between Repair and Return and Reconditioned unit Replacement. And on and on. Huge waste of time. LG never again.

It died one week short of two years. I should have read all the reviews online before purchasing. This is an inferior piece of equipment. I do not recommend buying it to anyone. I will never purchase LG items again.
