This is a great unit, with an interesting design. However, it gurgles like mad when set on medium to high settings. I'm a sensitive sleeper, and the gurgling wasn't like a pleasant stream, it was simply annoying. For most, this will not be a problem.

Bought this unit for my sons room because he has been congested and has a bad cough. I wanted to use it overnight so he could get some relief from his suffering. Bought this product and brought it home set it up the same night. We went to turn it on and the light never turned green stayed a constant red. Looked through the manual and trouble shot everything they suggested. Went to the company's website and found a quote Crane want to make sure you're up and running always (or at least when you want to be). So I e-mailed them to ask what other fixes I could do to make this work or to see if I was missing something simple. Their reply was to submit a warranty claim by doing all this paperwork and sending them 4 of the plug in. I've had this unit for less than 24 hours and now they want me two wait how long for a replacement? Guess I'm not up and running when I want to! I would call them but their hours of operation are from 9:00am to 4:00pm which are hours of the day my wife and I are working. Returning to the store I bought it from and buying a different brand.
