Comment:
We got this humidifier last winter when our infant had a cold. It works well and generates a lot of steam, but in Fresno the water is very hard and the heating element became quickly covered in a layer of mineral build up. If you don't soak immediately with vinegar to soften it can become hardened and practically impossible to remove. I would suggest buying gallons of demineralized water to avoid the problem.

Comment:
This produce is what I wanted and preforms how I need it to. The humidifier stays quite as long as you clean if as recommended. I did notice to should dump the water from the machine completely at least twice a week, and clean it once a week with vinegar. I do use baking soda while cleaning to get water chemicals of the heater. Produces the right amount of mist for my bedroom.

Strength
Works well for medium size rooms.
Weakness
Need to clean it weekly. (Some people might not mind but the mineral build up is quick and I clean it weekly)
I like the humidifier. Works well and is quite. I would not use this for a large room (anything greater than 500 square feet) but besides that it's not too bad.
