DeLonghi sells mostly convection heaters within the ceramic category, with models covering most types but primarily oil-filled
and micathermic. The products are sold at Sears, Target, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bloomingdales, Lowe’s, Macy’s, Amazon,
and many other online retailers.
Holmes
The parent company of Holmes, Jarden, also owns Patton, Coleman, and Bionaire, giving it about 40 percent of the U.S. space-heater
market. Holmes manufactures convection and radiant products, and its main types are quartz, heater fan, ceramic, and oil filled.
The products are widely available at Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and regional appliance dealers.
Honeywell
Honeywell is the second-largest brand on the market and makes many different types of space heaters, though primarily ceramic.
Two popular types it sells are low-profile baseboard and oil-filled heaters. Honeywell products are sold at Walmart, Target,
and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Lakewood
This brand makes quartz-radiant, oil-filled, and fan-forced convection ceramic products. They’re sold at hardware stores such
as Ace and True Value, regional appliance dealers, Amazon, and many other online retailers.
Lasko
Lasko’s primary type of space heater is ceramic and it also markets low-profile baseboard types. You’ll find its heaters at
Target, Lowe’s, and Walmart.
Pelonis
This brand makes a wide range of heaters within the ceramic, oil-filled, and radiant categories. You’ll find the heaters at
hardware stores such as True Value and Ace, through online retailers, and at specialty stores and regional appliance dealers.
