Comment:
The unit shot a flame and then a puff of smoke. Thankfully it went out on it's own. After reading more carefully on Amazon I see others have the same issue.

I used this to heat my bedroom and bathroom. Worked better in bathroom b/c of low heat output. One day it began blowing room air only. I followed manufacturer's directions to reset without success. Too much time and expense to return. This is the first review I have every written - I am sadly disappointed in both Bonaire and CR. I've been a loyal subscriber to CR since 1974.

Received as a gift, enclosed in the box;assembly was very quick and easy. I like the functions and settings it had. Turned it on, blew out cold air. I let it run for a few hours to warm up, but there was no heat output. I let it run for a few days, unplugged it to see if that would help kick in the heat after restarting the heater. No luck in a week of trying, all cold air. A model that should not have ever been sold. Returned it and got a replacement, and did the exact same thing, No heat out put. I would not recommend this product.
