Comment:
Bought two of these to heat a converted (now super insulated) single car garage used as a playroom. Both were model NA400S, both plugged into robust thermostats to run at a set temperature. Installed in March of 2013, and ran to keep room comfortable in the spring and early fall, then by Halloween, both had failed. Light still comes on, whether they are plugged into thermostats or directly into outlets, but no heat comes out anymore. The working parts are not easy to access, and difficult to find info on how to repair. May still be under warrantee, but removing them and sending them back to manufacturer is expensive and time consuming. I am taking them out and replacing them with a more traditional high efficiency heater.

Comment:
Unlike most space heaters, this thin, low-powered, wall-mounted heater doesn't take over the space in a room where it is placed. It's quiet and unobtrusive, and you can sit or stand in front of it without being blasted by too much heat, as you are with more powerful heaters. It is just perfect as a primary heater for small rooms, or as supplemental heat for areas of large rooms that tend to be too cool in spite of central heating. It's most efficient if mounted on a wall that separates two interior spaces, rather than on a wall that separates the interior of the house from the out-of-doors.

Comment:
This is a great product for massage/treatment rooms.
It heats slowly, but keeps a steady output. Clients love to stand beside it. I have it on a timer with an manual override so the temp can be perfect for my clients.
It's safe to touch. I have recommended it to several friends who are happy with it.
