Comment:
made great smoothies but the bottom of the blade wears out faster than the year. i bought a 2nd one thinking perhaps it was a lemon but no, the next one started eating the rubber connectors where it attaches to the base within the first 2 weeks of making a couple smoothies with frozen fruit and seeds daily.

Comment:
Extremely easy to use and clean. Excellent customer service. My nutri bullet stopped working because I ran it over a minute and probably didn't have enough water in it. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I researched it. I called customer service and they walked me thru removing the build up around the edge of the power base. That was fixed, but it still didn't work, so they are replacing the base unit. I couldn't be happier. AND I will be much more careful with the amount of water I add and Will not run it over a minute at a time.
