Comment:
when using the machine the cup with the blade leak into the motor while trying to blend. Customer service is very difficult to deal with. Beware!!!! On all warrantee shipping and handling is not included. I spoke with a supervisor who showed little care about the consumer.

Would not stop spinning when trying to take pitcher off, only way to stop was to in plug

Contacted customer service who would not honor warranty to fix or replace. They stated that is bought from unauthorized seller,,I brought from Amazon....so warranty was void...warranty says nothing about authorized or non authorized sellers...

However Amazon was awesome...I complained to Amazon that Nutribullett would not honor warranty and they immediately refunded my purchase price in full, no questions asked...Thank you Amazon, but stay away for Nutribullett just google it full of customer service problems and broken machines

Comment:
Recipes are easy to follow, concoctions are tasty and filling. Worked well for about four months, then blade started to leak around the shaft. For warranty claim, had to go through multiple submissions, emails, and a phone call. Of course, the steps required to obtain replacement parts weren't spelled out all at once. Register here. Then an email indicating that the barcode was required. A subsequent request for proof of purchase (good luck if you didn't save a receipt). Then a phone call to customer service (20 minute wait).
To top all of that, after selling a defective product, irritating me with the consequential mess, and consuming my time to file a claim, I had to pay to have the replacement parts shipped! What a racket!
