Comment:
I only used this to blend soups and sauces directly in the pot - great because you don't have to risk transferring hot liquids to a blender! I don't use it often so was surprised when it just quit working. I think something in the big foot attachment got stuck and this burned out the motor, but I can't say for sure. DeLonghi said it is no longer under warranty so no fix there. It was around $100 when purchased for me and now is much cheaper. But I would rather give another brand a try that might last longer.
