Comment:
The cofee storage well has uneven sides and bottom making it impossible to hand clean; needs to be rinsed immediately after using or residue will build up. Takes longer to brew cofee than any coffee maker I have had in the past 30 years and it isn't very hot.

Comment:
The coffeemaker is awesome for the first months but it seems to give problems just about a year after first use. Mine stopped brewing when Flavor+ or 1-4 Cups option was used', then it started to give problems brewing in standard mode until it completly stopped. I replace the water filter every month or so, perform montly cleaning cycles and use only distilled water. I wanted to love this coffeemaker as it is very convenient and stylish, also it makes great coffee. Too bad it brokedown so quickly.

Comment:
I have had Hamilton Beach Brewstations for years. The one I have now is actually the previous model to the current model and after 6 years it still works great. Anyone who thinks it is hard to clean is spoiled and lazy. The extra step of removing the small strainer in the carafe over the coffee release hole and cleaning it and the stopper and then replacing the strainer takes about ten seconds. I have never had a Brewstation leak.
