Comment:
This coffee maker takes approximately three minutes to brew. The water does not disperse evenly in the basket containing the coffee which ends up making a weak cup of coffee. I can lift the lid and still see coffee grounds that are not even wet. Then I have to try to make another cup of coffee and hope it's better. This unit has done this since the first day we bought it. It ends up wasting time and coffee and defeats the purpose of even having this machine. It sure wasn't worth the money.

Comment:
because there are no paper filters for this..still do not know why...cannot get any answers from MFG....the coffee splashes all over my counter and the back of the maker. it also keeps dripping after coffee done and goes into the trap under the coffee cup..very hard to clean that. we have somewhat resolved this by leaving an empty cup under the make at all times.... annoying!
