I recieved my KRUPS MODEL XP160050 for Christmas 2013. My third time using the steamer to make a latte, and it did not work. The light would not go on. The steamer would not make any steam what so ever. I looked at my manual. I read it throughly. I trouble shooted. Then decided, the machine was not quaility and had malfunctioned on my third time of using it. So returning the machine for a better coffee maker.

Espresso Pot Falls Apart
Hard To Clean
I've used Krups for years, but I have to find a new brewmaster. The espresso pot and filter are not dishwasherproof--even with no heated dry, the plastic lid breaks off the pot itself. The filter leaves smudges on my hands, which disturbs me. The coffee's good, but i need to find a more durable pot.
