Comment:
I have purchased 2 of these coffeemakers from a popular big-box store. The first leaked hot water and stopped working after only a few months. I exchanged it for another of the same model and the second one is malfunctioning now after only 1 month. They both worked fine until brew time suddenly increased to 90 minutes. After using the 'clean' cycle they worked again for a few pots, then back to 60-90 minute brew-times, with excessive sputtering and gurgling... extremely annoying! Consumer Reports should reconsider its recommendation of this clearly inferior product.

Comment:
Dedicated Mr. Coffee person. this model has rubber gasket in back that vents and leaks. For some reason eventually when brewing it just sputters and fails to brew rest of water. Wish it worked longer- makes a good strong cup!
