Because of Consurmer Reports I watched this 12-cup coffee pot for several months at Amazon. One day the price dropped to $19 and I was on that baby like a bee of honey. I LOVE it! I should have bought two because the price went back up. 10-minutes to brew 12 cups! I had been using a replacement/recall (which was no better than first) Kitchen Aid 10-cup that wouldn't die. Of course, my hubby fixed it so it didn't flow over which meant you couldn't get a cup before brewing was finished. I threw it away when I got my new Mr. Coffee!

Stopped working in less than three month
I bought this coffeemaker after looking at a lot of comparisons and last night it stopped transferring water from the tank to brew. Luckily I saved by eight year old Braun and it makes better coffee than this one - have no idea why the rating is so high. Can't count on these reviews anymore! Don't you think 153 negative reviews tells CR to pull this rating? Come on!
