I've used mine everyday for ~3 years. Cone basket more consistent over differing quantities (1 vs 12 cups). I bought to replace my beloved Braun KF-12 listed as out of service :(

Broke lid to carafe in trying to clean. Neither part available to will have to purchase new coffeemaker. It WILL NOT be a Waring.

Comment:
The pros of the coffee maker are essentially pointless, as it developed an unfixable water leak after less than a year, and is now unusable. Given reviews here and on [@], it seems to be a common occurrence. Our previous coffee maker, a Krups, cost about twice as much as this one, but lasted eight years. We cheaped out on this one and learned our lesson.
