I've used this Bunn over a year now. No reliability issues at all. The stand-out feature is the ability to brew any coffee, tea, hot cocoa etc - whether loose grounds, K-Cups, pods etc. The other tested coffee makers are limited to one brand. And this Bunn can be upgraded everytime a new pod style comes out. Love it.

Comment:
After two Keurig's failed, I though I would try something different BUNN used to be a reliable name brand but I now have my doubts. This coffee maker lasted about 7 months and then failed. I followed cleaning instructions to the letter but it still didn't last. <br />I won't buy another.

Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
