Comment:
I've had four Keurig pod coffee makers and this produces much better coffee. It's quick and stays hot! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 rating is because user doesn't have ability to brew own coffee. Have to buy their pods and recommended distilled water which adds up $$. I'm hopeful it is more reliable than Keurig brands.

great coffee maker. one great feature I liked was the descaler option. After talking to their customer service folks, they advised me that running the unit with no coffee pods will serve as a good descaler step.
