Comment:
Used this product for weekend use only. Lasted only six months before the pump refused to consistently work. Bought it originally for the option of using my favorite coffee in the reusable cup. Really disappointed with it's durability.

Comment:
only after three months a plastic device in the water filter reservoir melted and my coffee maker died. poor quality control, this is a fire hazard, it's a good thing I always unplugged the device after use.

After about two months the pump would not shut off on its own. It would run until I shut the machine off .
