This is my first K-cup coffee maker. I love it! It is adjustable for different size cups & mugs. It takes about 2 minutes brew a cup. It is loud, but for me that doesn't matter. I've given it as gifts to my family. They love it too!!

A Waste of Money
Can't Think Of Any
Hard To Clean
We bought this coffeemaker and used it both with ground coffee and K-cups. It was used probably less than a dozen times then one day just would not brew. The red light was on, but nothing happened. Have not contacted Hamilton Beach because the buyer has to pay for shipping both to and from the company. It would probably be more cost effective to just buy a new coffeemaker. I am surprised and disappointed that most all these multi-use coffeemakers have such low ratings! We can put a man on the moon, but can't make a decent, reliable coffeemaker? Back to my old reliable coffee pot!

Water Leaks Out All Over
I kept thinking I was doing something wrong so once in a while I'd try again. But nothing ever was different. Water leaked out all over counter, rarely in the cup. And if in the cup sure not coffee more like dirty water. Much less aggravation to run to 7-11 or McDonald's for coffee. But who wants to do that when you're just trying to have a cup of coffee while you get ready for work.
