Comment:
It was about 2 months or so after I received it as a gift, it will now only steam and not brew the coffee. I at first thought it was the K-cup brand I was using. 12/2014 (a year after getting it) I tried it again, but nope it's definitely this inferior product. Don't waste your money!

Bought thinking how nice it would be to use single serve during the week and pot on weekends. After one month the single serve just steams and does not work. Tried to contact HB and they wanted me to pay $14.99 to get a new one. REALLY I already paid $80 and now you want more! I will never buy another HB.

Just purchased the flew brew coffee maker. After running several pots through the coffee still has a strong plastic taste. Packing it up and taking it back. Going back to the traditional coffee pot.
