Comment:
We've had our Keurig for at least 4 years and absolutely love it! We've never had any problem with it. We brew 4-5 cups per day. We also purchased them for our three children and one for an office. All are still working perfectly fine and they have also been in use for over three years.

Comment:
I have owned a k45 and a k70. Both only lasted 18 months. Most coffee makers that use k-cups are made by Keurig using the same pumps so will only last 18 months.

Comment:
Takes approximately a cubic foot of counter top yet holds water sufficient for no more than 5 cups, so always needs refilling when I don't have time. Brew is inconsistent in volume and taste. Forget this if you like Ice Coffee unless you want to stand there and make several cups, pour them into a carafe (messy) then refrigerate. Difficult to clean. Needless to say this is a huge plastic polluter. The person who invented it regrets that he did; google these keywords to see that article; keurig inventor regrets (Mar 2015). I hate this coffee-maker, worst gift we ever got!
