Comment:
Takes approximately a cubic foot of counter top yet holds water sufficient for no more than 5 cups, so always needs refilling when I don't have time. Brew is inconsistent in volume and taste. Forget this if you like Ice Coffee unless you want to stand there and make several cups, pour them into a carafe (messy) then refrigerate. Difficult to clean. Needless to say this is a huge plastic polluter. The person who invented it regrets that he did; google these keywords to see that article; keurig inventor regrets (Mar 2015). I hate this coffee-maker, worst gift we ever got!

Comment:
I owned my first Keurig K45 for about 2 years before it stopped working. Bought a new one in Sept of 2014, this one stopped working last week. Returned it for another one, used it twice before it quit brewing. Returned that for yet another one and used it three times before it quit brewing. Wait, let me correct that, it will brew one cup and then nothing after that. I think since Keurig came out with their newer models they are making these more cheaply.

I had this for a while and hated waiting every morning with that grinding noise in the background, finally found another company made one that starts quicker and makes hotter better coffee. For such a name brand I was very disappointed, and am happy with my specialty brand machine.
