Comment:
Solid performance - warms up very quickly. Excellent taste. The little milk pods are pretty good, but I use a Nespresso milk frother to save money. Only three minor areas for improvement:

(1) You must move a lever to start brewing and you MUST pay attention and move the lever back to stop. It will just keep pushing water through until you move that lever back. I wish you could push a button for serving size, walk away, and have it stop automatically.

(2) Not enough caffeine for me. I often add a Starbucks Via pack just to give it a little more oomph.

(3) Pods are expensive and difficult to find in stores. You can get K-cups anywhere, and there are many different brands of coffee available, but these won't work in the Nescafe brewers.

Comment:
Sad that this developed the often-mentioned leaking problem. It leaks from the pod area and the bottom.
Not worth the effort to get it fixed from what I read.
Too bad because it was easy to use and coffee it makes is very good. Will look for a more realiable, though lower rated model.

Comment:
I received as a gift from my son. It is my first pod coffee maker, so don't have other taste/experiences to compare it to. I really did not think I would use it much, but it is convenient, I like the coffee tastes, and it is ready to go and brews quickly. I use it almost daily and company seems to really like it as well. It did take me a while to get used to the fact that different pods require different amounts of water and unless you are brewing directly into a measuring cup, it is guess work. Since the amount of water used is to a large degree a matter of taste, I have gotten used to eyeballing the levels in my cup to achieve a taste I like, but in the beginning I DID use a measuring cup and then pour first the coffee, and then the creamer (some come with creamer pods) into my cup until I was able to guesstimate levels without measuring. An improvement to the design would be a gauge or lever that could be set to the amount of water you want to brew through a pod. A con that others have mentioned, is the difficulty in buying pods locally. I have had to buy mostly online, but finally did find that our Kroger store carries a couple flavors, although they have recently reduced prices and marked them as 'close-out' deals, so I am wondering if they will soon disappear from Kroger shelves? All-in-all, I have found the pros outweigh the cons and once I got used to adjusting water amounts and ordering pods online, I have continued to enjoy my Circolo.
