Comment:
This is my second Jenn Air Induction Cooktop. The first one I purchased was a 30 model. It was perfect for my family of four. I was at first skeptical of how it would perform. I was blown away from the very first time I used it. Induction is really as great as the salesmen told me, and possibly even better. Very fast boil time, or can be adjusted to come to a gentle boil slowly, or even gently melt and warm chocolate. Every change in temperature is immediately noticeable - very similar to gas. I enjoy the fact that the surface does not get extremely hot like most glass top stoves - and I feel much safer teaching my children to cook on it. They do not have a hot element to catch anything on fire, and the surface will not burn them either. Such a great peace of mind. And, spill-overs clean up easily as well - They do not burn onto the cooktop because it is not hot
As I said, this is my 2nd Jenn Air Induction Cooktop. This is because after buying the 1st one, we moved shortly afterward. When we built our new house, I chose the same cooktop because I loved it so much. In the new house I had a little more room to work with and I went with the 36 model. They are equally as great no matter which size works for your space.
I can not say enough about how easy and enjoyable it is to cook with this cooktop.
I have had chefs come into my home for lessons, and for cooking dinner parties. They were all skeptical and gas snobs before trying induction. Every one of them changed their mind after using the Jenn Air induction cooktop. One of the chefs even wrote a column about how much he enjoyed using it!

I love this cooktop. If the potatoes spill over, lift the pot and wipe. Nothing gets baked on surface.
Pasta water heats up much faster.
The response time for lowering a boiling pot is instant.
Have experienced no problems.
