Comment:
We purchased the Double Wall Oven Model which is essentially two of these, one stacked on top of the other. The ovens heat up quickly due to the fact that the convection fan comes on to heat them up to temp. If you are not convecting, the fan(s) shut off when reaching temp. Time to 350F is about 8 minutes. A seoarate calibrated thermometer confirmed the ovens did not need adjusting, the oven thermometers are accurate.

Multiple positions for the racks let you fine tune positioning. Supplied Temp probe worked great with a Turkey and with a whole Beef Tenderloin on separate occasions.

The fact that you cannot program start/stop times was something we discovered after purchasing and installing and we were disappointed with that but we'll live, I guess. That is really the only gripe I have with these units.

Cooking with convection is not noisy at all and dual lights make it easy to see inside.

Overall we are very satisfied with the ovens!
