I have bought this oven from Best Buy and it has been repaired already 4 times with same problem, ERROR CODE 9.<br /><br />LG keeps replacing same parts every 6 months.<br />This time I have to replace it!!<br /><br />DO NOT BUY IT!!!<br />It is a junk, EXPENSIVE JUNK

I have had two of these ovens in 3 years and both have malfunctioned. LG cannot repair and will not replace at full value this oven.

Oven has been repaired 7 times and we are still waiting on parts
Oven stopped working in April 2011, was barely18 mos old.Has been repaired 7 times and is still broken.Was told this last time it was the wiring harness and it was back ordered, this is from 12/21/11.Yes, we went thru the Holidays without an oven.LG Tech did come out Monday 01/09/12 and discovered they sent him the wrong wiring harness.We are patiently waiting in hopes this new harness will resolve this issue
