Comment:
The quality of the oven construction and components is poor. We have had the thermal fuse burn out twice in less than three years of use. The fuse is a $15 part if you are handy enough to remove the oven and replace the part yourself, otherwise it will cost you about $200 to have a repair technician do it. After 4 years of use the side walls of the oven have bowed out to the point that the rack will not stay in place, anything over a pound or two will cause the rack to crash and spill whatever you are cooking. LG support is not at all helpful as the warranty period is only for one year. The LG LWS3081ST is a poorly designed and manufactured oven, hopefully LG has addressed these issues, however I would not purchase their product again.

Can I give a zero star rating?<br />I recommend that no one buy this oven. The oven broke after 4 years without ever having done the self-cleaning cycle. Took a week before the F-9 error code appeared. The oven would not bake, broil, convect, heat up or turn on. Read A LOT of bad reviews on this oven, a lot of comments about the f-9 error code and oven requiring repairs. All LG ovens seem to have a similar problem. Word of advice LG has the worst customer service ever, they will charge you for repairs, not fix your oven and refuse to reimburse you. They are not helpful and don't stand by their products. Choose any other company!

Blew a thermostat after only 2 years. Repair guy says it will take 4-5 weeks to get the part. How do you manage with no oven for that long. Some of the cook options quit working correctly also.
