Comment:
Extremely disappointed they changed the design and function of this oven from two years ago. From previous Model KEBS107 this model has a fan that spins on ALL bake cycles, bakes unevenly (back burns and front is uncooked), won't get to temp when switching between temperatures and the exhaust fan blows ALOT of hot air. Whirlpool's response to the uneven baking/burning is you have to turn your pans throughout baking. I bake every single day and this oven is extremely disappointing and I'm sending back.

I love to bake deserts and breads. This oven had all the bells and whistles I was looking for and I was very excited to own it, not to mention how beautiful it is with the Cobolt Blue interior. but it has never baked evenly and would not reach the desired temp. I have returned it under the Lemon Law and hope the others with the same model# are Ok because it would have been a great oven to own.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
Could not close oven door. Serviceman could not fix because part ('right hand hinge receiver') is unavailable. KitchenAid (aka Whirlpool) said while the 'left hand' part is available the 'right hand' is 'obsolete. So for want of a $30 part, we have to buy a new oven!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
