We have owned this dishwasher for 4+ years. Since then have replaced the touch panel controls 3 times. Cleaning is horrible. We have to pre-clean items before placing into this dishwasher.

Do not waste your money on this item.

Comment:
Not only has this machine given me constant trouble, but I also can't find a repair person who knows the first thing about the brand in general. I've now spent as much on service calls as I did to buy the thing in the first place. Time for the scrap heap - and another brand.

Comment:
Product is used for a average sized family, runs 2x a week. Very quiet. However, we have had problems with the unit almost from the beginning. Purchased as a package of new appliances for kitchen renovation. Washer cleans so poorly that the dishwashing soap is still in the bottom after the cycle finishes. We are on our 3rd water pump and fighting with the extended warranty people to replace it, with a non Electrolux unit. Took a gamble on this brand and lost big.
