Comment:
Use it every other day. Quiet and attractive on the outside, but... Lower rack is difficult to pull out without dislocating entire rack. Adjustable top rack is useless if you are washing a full load. Stainless steel inside door is spotty after use and very unattractive. Dishes come out spotty and/or dirty even after I've tried several different brands of detergent and/or rinse aides. Rinse aide light indicator goes on ater a couple of uses. Very disappointed with this product and price.

Comment:
This dishwasher does not clean dishes. The dishes need to be washed by hand before being placed in the dishwasher. I had a service person come out and tell me that dishwashers were not as good as in the past because they are not allowed to use as much water. Then I was told that there was only one dishwasher detergent(Finish Quantum) that would work for the machine. The other detergents that I had tried all left soap on the dishes. Even this pod needs to be placed in the middle of the upper rack or it will not dissolve. I called Frigidaire Customer Service and was told to use a detergent booster. I bought two as we entertain a lot. Both have the same problem. Frigidaire has zero interest in solving the problem. This is the last time that I will ever buy a Frigidaire product. The only thing worse than the dishwasher is their customer service.

Comment:
My husband and I bought this dishwasher the price seemed decent, and we were happy with the way it coorninated with the rest of the Frigidaire Professional products(stove, microwave, refridgerator) that we bought for our kitchen reno.By the time we were done with the reno., a years times had passed so we were out of luck with the warranty to begin with.

Soon the problems had started.First, the top rack never rolled out smoothly with any amount of dishes loaded in it.Slowly the screws came out of the top rollers, which my husband was able to tighten, until it would happen again, and again.

Next, the arm bracket of the dishwasher snapped off, so we could not open and close the dishwasher without guiding the door all the up, and all the way down every time the dishwasher was opened.

Lastly, all the indicators started flashing, and the entire dishwasher stopped working. With some research online we discovered that it was a know isssue with this model because of the way the steam vents on the side effecting the motherboard.

We only had this dishwasher for 5 years, with it being used for only 4 of the 5 years, with a three person household running the dishwasher every two to three days. So, needless to say, we won't be purchasing any Frigidaire dishwashers again.
