Comment:
Probably 1.5 stars. The double-drawer is a good size for 2, maybe 3 people; I don't have to wait for days before running a load. However, the tabs on the inlet/outlet bezel keep breaking off; I've had to replace the bezels at least 4 times in 3 years. The status indicators stop working so you can't tell if the cycle is done; I've replaced those at least 5 times. It often doesn't wash well unless you brush off everything before starting. Still haven't figured out how to best load this; only flutes fit in each of the slots for wine glasses. Usually it dries well. Get a service contract for this dishwasher!

Comment:
IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED MULTIPLE TIMES AND IS STILL UNRELIABLE. THIS MACHINE IS JUST LIKE A GIANT STERILIZER. IF YOU DON'T CLEAN YOUR DISHES THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU PUT THEM IN, THEY COME OUT DIRTY. I HAD A GREAT OLDER MODEL DISHWASHER THAT WORKED GREAT BEFORE BUT WANTED A DOUBLE DRAWER. WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Comment:
My dishwasher is constantly broken and SEARS appliance service can not seem to send competent people out to fix it. I have been told by repair persons that these are problematic dishwashers and hard to work on. I am ready to replace it (only 2 years old) and get a standard dishwasher that is NOT a kitchenaid.
