Comment:
Died after only about 2 years. Main circuit board shorted out. Main symptom was that it wouldn't turn on. And when we bought it we thought we were paying more for a higher quality dishwasher. Will avoid LG in the future.

Comment:
This is the worst dishwasher I've ever used. I completely rinse all dishes before the 120 minute cycle and the dishes still don't come out clean. Some dishes even have soil on them that wasn't there when I put them in. The soap dispenser doesn't open completely so unless I remember to open the dishwasher and manually rinse the soap I have to run is again. It has NEVER worked well and was very expensive. Recently put in a service call because this dishwasher has steadily gotten louder. The repairman showed my husband 25 issues with this model so even if he can fix the current problem of the water not staying in the dishwasher there will more than likely be other issues. Update, new repairman came to install new part, now the dishwasher doesn't drain at all and there's water all over the floor.

Comment:
This dishwasher looks great in the store but it's not so great once you get it home. The lower rack is always coming off the track, it doesn't dry plastic at all, the tines are not placed well, it takes too long to wash and the upper rack is slanted so that glasses will fall over.
