Do NOT buy this dishwasher

Pros
Attractive Design
Simple Controls
Cons
Doesn't Dry Well
Unreliable
Best Uses
Comment:
This dishwasher is not durable and has unreliable performance. The plastic upper rack pieces broke twice just from rolling out the rack! Now we have an OE error and are waiting for the repairman to show up. Nasty crud builds up under the door gasket and needs to be cleaned by hand periodically. This dishwasher does NOT have a heated dry cycle and plastic pieces need to be hand dried. That said, I am very careful about running it through a clean cycle about once a month with an appropriate product. I would never buy another Samsung kitchen appliance. Their other electronics are great, they need to stay out of the kitchen.

Comment:
From the beginning, this brand of dishwasher was trouble. The upper rack adjustment piece broke. I complained to Samsung and they sent me a replacement...but it broke again. Twice in the first year! Then the motherboard started acting up. We have to reboot it regularly using our circuit breaker. Then we started getting the OE error symbol. A plumber fixed that. Within a week of that fix, we started getting another error. We have had it and will be purchasing a different brand. We've only owned a Samsung machine for three years and it has been nothing but trouble.
