Comment:
Items on the top rack simply don't get clean!. We were told you have to 1. Leave big open spaces on the bottom rack so water can get up to the top. 2. Use Cascade Platimum vs regular cascade and 3. To make sure your water is very hot. We have tried it all and we usually have to rewash at least some of the times on the top rack every time we use it.

Comment:
We have had it three years and I have been disappointed with the quality and design. The bottom rack runs of the tracks when it is pulled out, the clips that hold the top racks in place have broken several times, the plastic clips of the two racks are of low quality and melt and break. The stainless steel inside of the washer gets stained and does not resist residue. The detergent dispenser does not repel residue, it builds up and then the dispenser does not close. The plastic on the racks get discolored and faded. All this and we do not even use it for pots or pans and only use it about once a day.

This machine makes your dishes DIRTIER than when they are put into it.

You must prewash your dishes completely. You must scrub and clean them thoroughly before putting them into this worthless hunk of junk. STILL they come out with a dark film that gets thicker each time they go through.

This machine cannot remove even a thin film of cooking oil even if rinsed and dishes are spaced THREE ROWS APART.

We tried different settings, different soaps, etc.

Problem is, when you call Sears tech support, they will try to BLAME YOU. They will say it is because you are not using a rinsing agent (ridiculous) or because you are not cleaning the filter (wrong - we clean it all the time).

We are having it serviced again for the 2nd time. Hopefully we can get help with this. We paid about 1700 plus the extended warranty.
