Comment:
Have had this dishwasher for almost 3 years. Although it's amazingly quiet, it does not clean very well.
Top rack dishes, in particular, often need to be handwashed.
It's 'self-cleaning' filter frequently leaves large particles in the bottom of the dishwasher.
The brackets that hold the top rack have had to be replaced twice because the tabs break off.
The front section of the lower rack is awkward to load.

We definitely regret purchasing this dishwasher.

Samsung dishwasher. Had it repaired twice I under warranty. Now broken again. When you call Samsung, they send out a repairman with no parts. They come to your house, call in the error which I already did, and Samsung tells him Wharton parts he needs. Both times I had to wit for parts and take time off work for each visit. . Would have been nice if he had called Samsung to see what was needed before he came out. Now it's broke pen again, getting an oE error. Called Samsung. It's no longer under warranty. I will not use the same people they send out. Considering not even repairing it, just buying new instead.

We remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago and purchased an entire kitchen of new appliances - ALL Samsung. Within the 1st year we had 3 service calls for the dishwasher, 2 for the stove and 1 for the refrigerator. The dishwasher is the worst I have ever owned. It is in constant need of repair. As I speak we are getting a PE error code. Can't clear it. I don't even think I will call repair company. Seems pointless. I have already had the electronic panel replaced (in warranty, than heavens), the racks are held up with small plastic pieces and they have broken many times. After 3 new racks, my husband permanently attached the rack in the up position b/c we were sick or replacing the rack. Customer service is no help at all. They call the issue with the racks a design flaw but no help to consumers who are stuck with the design flaw. I think at this point I will just purchase something else and chalk it up to experience.
