I bought this piece of garbage in Dec. 2013. Within the first year it started flashing a IE code and wouldn't do anything. A factory authorized service tech came out under the manufacturers 1 year warranty and said a sensor needed to be replaced. We waited several weeks for the part. Once the part came in he replaced it and we were back up and running...for about 6 months. At this point we were on our extended warranty. The tech came out and said it was a bad board. After about 3-4 weeks waiting on the part, he replaced it but then the button selections didn't work. A tech came out again to look at it and said it had 2 bad boards. After another 3 weeks the parts came in and they came and replaced them. The very first time we tried to wash a load of dishes, for the first time in about 2-3 months, about 5 min into the cycle the IE code comes back on and the machine shuts down again. Service tech comes back out and sais it's got a bad board again. I called the place where I bought it from and complained. I told them I had a lemmon but after reading all the bad reviews I guess it's just poor design. They agreed to give me credit to buy a another dishwasher. This was the worst excuse for a dishwasher I've ever seen. During the short time that this thing actually worked, it never really washed the dishes very well. We would always see particles of food stuck to the dishes even when we tried pre rinsing the dishes. They always came out soaking wet too. Im thinking about playing it safe and buying a Whirlpool next.

I have this dishwasher for 1-1/2 and have used it 4 times...Repair has been out twice in two weeks to repair. They came out 3 days ago and I tried using after they left and guess what it did not work. Most unrelable products, their customer service is horrible as well. Thank God HomeDepot is taking it back and giving me my money back. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Purchased new and here's what we got:<br />1 - Out of the box the LED display was not working Samsung replaced the display which solved that problem. <br /><br />2 - At six months in the top rack brackets broke. 20 calls to Samsung later they sent replacement parts. Too bad they were the wrong parts. 12 calls and two months later we finally received the correct brackets<br /><br />***Unfortunately the machine NEVER fully cleaned any dishes***There was always fine food residue on the dishes. We even rinsed everything (almost to the point of hand-washing) without any change.<br /><br />Right from day one we complained to Samsung. We should have returned the unit when we could; but thought Samsung would be able to make the necessary fixes. My wife often reminds me that I selected the Samsung dishwasher and then said they'll get it fixed. <br /><br />After 14 months, I removed the dishwasher and replaced it with a newly purchased Kenmore Elite model.<br /><br />Worst appliance purchase EVER. RUN AWAY!
