Missing The Power Cord

Comment:
Bought one at Target. Looked like the perfect item for occasional use. Opened the box at home to try it out and discovered the power cord had been cut off. Return to Target store was no problem but they were shocked and amazed, (really). Declined a replacement to avoid a repeat experience. Life span, zero.
