I had this for a little over a year. I had trouble lining up the bowl and then the lid so that it would work properly. Now when I plug it in the on-light lights up but the unit won't function. I have tried adjusting the bowl and lid and nothing works.

Broke within 5 minutes of first using it
We bought this thinking it would be a great food processor but the inner spindle broke within five minutes of us first using it, and we were just trying to slice some soft cheese!!!! Unbelievably disappointed in this product and we took it back for a refund.
