Purchased after our Kenmore died from old age. We read the reviews on glass tops and were concerned about being able to keep it clean and unscratched. Our concerns were unfounded as this range has worked great! It works as advertised, is easy to use, is relatively easy to clean, and has accurate cooking temperatures. The hidden oven element makes cleaning much easier. A minor drawback is that when the clock timer is set only the time remaining is shown, not the actual time. We have not used the warming drawer other than for storage, but with the holiday feasts coming up we are going to give the warming function a try. We helped ourselves out by taking a few minutes as a family and going over basic care of the stove (don,t drop pans on it, don't use pans that scratch, keep it clean, etc). We are now considering other Samsung appliances for our kitchen!

Takes much longer for foods to bake. Have trouble keeping foods from buring on the cooktop even at the lowest setting. Also, had a spill that went between the glass in the door. I was told that I would need to schedule a time for a tech to come out and clean it. That was almost a year ago and just this weekend, I removed two screws from the door and it opened enough for me to clean the glass WITHOUT a service call. The door is not designed very well if it allows a spill to go inside the door onto the glass. I guess I expected better from Samsung.

High maintenance cook top. Recommended procedures and cleaning products have not worked to keep the stovetop clean. Always looks like it wasn't cleaned. Oven stopped working after 13 months. Only local authorized service company has an F rating with Angie's list and the BBB. Had to pay for 2 hours travel time for next closest service repair co. Need new oven sensor which has been on backorder for several weeks. No indication of when it will be available. Very disappointing.
