Comment:
Owned for 4+ years, bought it when it first came out.<br />Used induction all through Europe, this is NOTHING like European models. School Trained Executive Chef (Johnson & Wales), soo disapointed, and wife has harassed me for the past 4 years of how much she HATES it. No natural gas available in my area, so chose induction for the precision temps that I am used to. cant lift pan off of the cook top (To sautee) or will not connect to heat source again. Have to wait for burner and pan to cool enough to work again. Convection oven is hot on right side of oven (un-even circulation), proofing drawer too hot, kills yeast. I can keep going, but 4 years of frustration and nagging from household 6 makes me wish it was gas so I could stick my head in it without the pilot lit....ugh!
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
Burner shuts off for no reason during cooking. Cannot use all 4 burners at the same time as the pots will not fit. Can not control heat low enough. If anything touches the cooktop control, the whole cooktop shuts off.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
Right front burner which is the largest does not always recognize the pots and therefore will not work. The same pots will work on the other burners. When all the burners are on they steal power from others and do not maintain their cooking temperature. Customer service is not good. They say there is nothing to fix. I just have to use it as is so I have bought a stove with only 3 burners and no large one at that! Have had two different service companies here to fix it but it still does not work properly.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
