Battery problem

As you will read on other sites, when the battery goes out on this product it cannot be replaced. There is a large slot on the back that appears to be a battery cover, but many commentators have noted the same as my experience-- it shreds when you try to open it. Very frustrating. You have to treat it as a disposible product and throw it away when the battery dies.
