Watts This is the manufacturer's figure of the microwave power output. In general, the more watts an oven offers, the greater its cooking power-and the faster your food will be cooked. That said, differences in claimed wattage of 100 watts or less are unlikely to result in significant differences in performance.

Stainless/SS-look option Stainless-steel is stylish, but it shows fingerprints. Another option: a vinyl-covered metal finish that gives you a stainless-steel look but resists smudging.
I bought this microwave a week ago to replace a 20+ year-old microwave and so far I have no complaints. We are avid cooks in our household and use the microwave primarily for popping corn, heating water for tea and warming leftovers. It's easy to use and clean.

Does not sit flat on countertop! It wobbles! And the feet are not adjustable. Returned to store and asked for another, but only if I could check it before I exited the store. They said no. Way to go Sears!!!

We purchased this unit to replace a Kenmore Elite that stopped working after 23 months. Upon unpacking the unit, we discovered that the bottom of the unit was uneven and would not sit without moving around the counter. Two of the feet were larger than the other two. In addition, the door button would not work. When we returned the unit, were told that we were the second customer to return the same unit for the same reasons that day. We have always purchased Kenmore products. They were of a high quality and reliable. We still have the Microware unit that we purchased in the late 1980's.
