Easy to use, haven't had problems with doors like other reviewer. Looks very nice.<br />Only con is that you can see inside while cooking so not able to tell about milk or other spills.<br />Also, no light while open. Honestly for less that $150 this has lasted us for over 2 years, using everyday a few times, so I consider it a great deal.

Seemed made cheap from the start. Door button was weak. felt like it wasn't built to last.<br />Heating a cup of coffee went from 1:20 to 1:45 to 2:30 plus. After only 2 years the outside got hot and smelled like burnt electronics and the food we were heating was ice cold. Our 1st microwave was a freebie from a grocery store and after 15 years we needed a bigger one and the next one lasted six years and now this one only lasted twoI have never had a microvave that lasted so short a time. It seems to be a prevailing condition from reading all of the other reviews in the sight. Perhaps Consumer Reports should look into why this is happening.

This is a huge dissapoinment, poor design for the door to close and start. It will not start unless you slam the door several times before it starts. This has been this way since buying it. We even had it serviced and the hooks on the door replaced it worked okay for about a week and started doing the same thing. Poor engineering. Panasonic said it was out of warranty. It is a peice of junk.
