Microwave stopped working after 6 months. Called Samsung and since the unit was under warranty they had their service provider send out a tech. He said there was a loose connection that he reattached. A month later it stopped again Thanksgiving week. Tech said he needed a part to fix the problem and it would take a week. It's December 17th and after several calls between Samsung and their service provider I still have a non functioning microwave. Samsung's service is horrible and I would highly recommend never buying one of their products. We have discovered if we tap the inside of the microwave near the light it will sometimes start to function only to short and stop working when you open the door. The product is bad and the service is even worse.

Lowes service on this is unacceptable. They have been here twice and it is still not fixed. Over 3 weeks.<br />Service is out of Orlando, FL. We live 30 miles NW of Orlando.
