I bought two of these microwaves as a matched pair. Each has broken and needed very expensive repairs. The first break was on the catch of the door latch when it was just over 1 year old. Turns out the plastic part was really fragile. Research and you'll find many complaints. Next the Touchpad on the SECOND microwave went bad, giving a 5E error. Again, research and you'll find this is a recurrent problem. One failure might be the luck of the draw, but TWO on separate units indicates a real reliability problem. Today the water dispenser on my new Samsung refrigerator stopped working. Still under warranty, but I would steer away from Samsung until they work out their quality issues.

Comment:
If you check the internet you will see that this microwave has terrible reliability problems. I have owned it for two years and it has had 2 major services under warranty replacing just about every major component. Now the key pad has gone bad -- it's the SE error code -- and it's too late. Nothing to do but throw it out and try again. Stay away from Samsung.
