The product was terrible at mixing dry ingredients as it threw them all over the kitchen. It was equally poor with wet ingredients also splattering them throughout the kitchen. The mixer had to be turned to it's lowest speed each time before beginning any mixing. Even at its lowest speed, it was still far to fast and powerful for the task. I haven't used an electric hand mixer in years, but the one I remember never made such a time consuming mess requiring me to clean up floors, walls, or any surface in flinging distance.
