I love this mixer. I love the fact that the cord stores inside the bottom. At first it gave me trouble but after I started to wipe the cord down before winding it up, all is good.

We liked the power rating and what appeared to be a convenient internal cord storage feature. Unfortunately, the internal cord reel kept sticking, making it very hard to get the cord out. We returned it in favor of the top-rated KitchenAid model.
