Comment:
We purchased this approximately 4 months ago to replace a beloved 25 year old refrigator. Although we were initially discouraged after reading the negative reviews of this and nearly all of the other available refrigerator models, we have found this model to be excellent so far. It is very quiet. It holds temperature well in both the refrigerator and freezer section. We especially like being able to easily see what is stored inside. We did not get an icemaker, so can't comment on that feature.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
This refrigerator is the most quiet I've ever come in contact with. It replaced a 35 year old french door fridge and the difference is amazing. It's plenty big for me - one person. It's easy to clean and easy to move shelves.

My only complaint is that I have to manually close the doors. The open door alarm could be louder because sometimes I'm in a hurry and don't notice a door is a couple inchs open.

I really like how it keeps fruit and vegetables fresh in different bins. The settings for both seem actually to work.
