Bought this one because we never seemed to have enough ice with four teenager in the house, this one has met my expectations! No problems, runs quite, beautiful design with ice maker in the door not taking up half the top shelf space.

I was worried about the temperature settings and the ice maker, but both have not been a problem. It keeps the food at constant temperatures while producing enough ice for a family of four. The only problem with the ice maker is that ice tends to stick together and you have to break it up before the dispenser will work. Besides that I love this refrigerator!

Updated kitchen w/all LG appliances; LFX28968ST was delivered and installed but didn't work. Left plugged overnite; frige not cold, freezer not freezing, water or ice not dispensing. Looks great but Its a huge lemon sitting in my kitchen, not able to enjoy it.:-( Delivery/installer crew not capable to make corrections, but recommended a replacement unit. Going back to seller to make corrections, probably choose another model/brand or get a refund.
