Very Good Slow Cooker

Strength
Insert can go on stovetopLarge capacity
Weakness
Lid falls off easily when traveling
I really do love this crock pot - Ive had it for 2 years and use it several times a week. I do everything from roast to yogurt to apple butter and am always pleased. My only complaint with it is that the lid tends to slide if you want to travel with it in the car. I hate to tape it in place which might leave residue, but maybe a bungie cord would help. Otherwise recommend, especially if you dont travel with it to potlucks.

Strength
It can go from the stove, to the cooker.
Weakness
Won't turn on!
I got the Slow Cooker for a gift. The second time I used it it wouldn't turn on and they gave me a new one when I took it back. After several uses (but not alot) we tried to turn it on and it would not show anything on the screen.

All-Clad slow cooker

Strength
Pretty.
Weakness
Poor electronics,
I just returned my second All-Clad slow cooker. Both had electronic failures. Lucky for me they were still under warranty. I would not recommend this product until they fix the multiple issues with the cooker. I have seen in other reviews problems with cracked inserts and peeling of the non-stick surface on the metal insert. It cooked nicely while it worked.
