I use the cooker twice a month. The slow cooker has consistent and reliable heat with a high and low setting. The timer is excellent and easy to program. When the timer ends, the cooker switches to warm. Cleaning old stains on the inside of the appliance can be difficult, but doesn't matter much since it's normally not exposed. The crock is heavy, but easy to clean - just cumbersome to clean in my sink. Overall a great slow cooker that makes me want to use it more!
