Comment:
First unit replaced on warranty, due to poor job on toast. 2nd unit is only marginally better, and still not acceptable. I would strongly suggest buying another brand.

Would not recommend

Pros
Inexpensive
Ok For Heating Things Up
Cons
Died After About A Year
Exterior Gets Quite Hot
Very Poor Job Of Toasting
Best Uses
Comment:
It would toast the top of bread OK but the bottom would be burned in areas and untoasted in others. After about a year of light use the top heating elements quit working. Even though its cheap, I would discourage buying it unless it is intended to be disposable.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't get hot enough - Ever

Pros
Nice size
Toasts well
Cons
Controls confusing

Comment:
I used this oven for toasting and baking and other than toast well, the baking was horrible. It never got over 300 degrees and needless to say, nothing cooked right. I finally gave up on it. Too bad, I have owned a B&D toaster oven all of my life going back to the '70's and never had a problem until this one.
How long have you owned it:

Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
